A blog a day doesn’t keep the doctor away

It seems that blogging may be dangerous to your health. According to a recent New York Times article, blogging can be extremely stressful and can in turn lead to a variety of negative health effects, such as weight gain and sleep disorders. Recently, two prominent bloggers have died due to heart related issues and a third (who survived) suffered a heart attack.  The article also discusses the importance of speed in the blogosphere, as well as how many bloggers are no longer acting as journalists, but rather, are just concerned about traffic and profits.
