I like this preview a lot, and i just learned how to setup different "presets" with predefined settings (I now use "2up duplex" by default)

but what if I want to select a sequence of pages that are not all in order?
e.g. Pages: 1,3,19-44

This was exactly what I wanted to do the second time I used my new mac to print. i hope this is possible somehow... now i had to print three times and waste two extra sheets of paper.
